High Tea party 1

My sister called a few weeks ago...

"Rick and I want to celebrate our birthday with a high tea for friends & family."

"Nice, are we invited too?" I asked.

"Yes", she said, "but I don't know how to set up a high tea...can you help me?"

"Oh well... if I really have to? Of course I will!!!"

    Oooooh, I so want to do something like this, but am too lazy to buy/find some cake stands. It looks wonderful!
